Made in Switzerland by the Güntensperger's, Truffelperle is a Swiss mountain cheese enhanced with black truffle throughout. The cheese celebrates the rich exchange of culture and foods between Switzerland and the North of Italy, with the truffles harvested in the Piedmont region. Truffelperle has a smooth and creamy texture, with a savoury flavour - the cheese is rich and milky, with a heady fragrance from the Italian truffle.

This cheese celebrates the rich exchange of culture and foods with the north of Italy with truffles harvested in the Piedmont region from across the border. The quality of the ingredients stands out in this superior example of truffled cheese. Whilst truffle is a well-travelled path for flavour added cheeses, this stands as less common category for mountains style cheeses.
